Please don’t actually try to meet our animals on your own! Trespassing makes our big dogs angry, fences are electric, animals don’t know the difference between fingers and treats, and you have to remember this is our home, as much as we love animals we wouldn’t walk into your yard to pet your pup!
Meet the Goats
Astrid and Twyla are the resident whiny goats. They like to complain all day long. They probably want treats, but it has to be very specific treats or they’ll complain even more. Maybe they just want to be pet or maybe they want to headbutt you for no reason. They’re our favorite, the feeling isn’t mutual. They’re also currently single, we’re working on finding them the perfect mate, but they’ll probably complain about that too.
Meet the Pigs
We have Kune Kune pigs on the farm, we chose them because they’re cute and fluffy and not aggressive like your standard pig. Helga and Olga are the OG piggies on our farm. They’ll hopefully be bred this year for adorable little piglets! Brutus is our boar and Griphook is his hefty wingman.
Meet the Rabbits
Our rabbits are a super fun addition to our farm. Did you know rabbit poo is basically the best fertilizer ever? We have Tigger an adorable Harlequin that wants to be your bestie. Smokey and Luna are our Champagne D’Argents, hopefully they’ll have some cute babies this year. Oreo is our resident mutt, she’s massive compared to our other rabbits.
Meet the Chickens
We have a lot of chickens, we don’t really name them or anything. We do have a silkie that thinks she’s a pig, she breaks into the pig stalls daily. We try to free range our chickens under supervision, but they’re not very worldly and prefer hanging out by their coop.
